What’s In My Bag? Bowling Balls: The Good & The Bad

I have thrown a hodgepodge of different balls over the years, some of my favorite balls from years past I lost due to damage or theft and some of my more recent favorites were hand-me-downs that weren’t even drilled for my hand nor my game.

These days I am not tied down to one brand or product line but I choose to throw mainly Brunswick and their companion brands DV8 and Radical because I like some of their older equipment (The Fury line) and I continue using those older balls to this day.

The current production line of Brunswick and DV8 is vast and for me I find that it’s easy to compare.

Basically I’m finding it easy to build a complete arsenal from these few brands without having to pick and choose balls from competing brands using different technologies.

I do throw a few balls from other manufactures however they are mostly special balls that I don’t feel I can easy find a replacement for.

This is what I’ve currently got in my bag.

How They All Compare

For me I throw a full roll that bowties between the finger holes so each ball in my arsenal is drilled exactly the same way.
